We offer time-tested business concepts for healthcare systems that support patient-focused strategies while improving throughput, quality treatment, and patient satisfaction.  Our services are focused on hospital-wide and emergency department operations, emergency department design, and workflow based on the latest trends in medicine, practice management, and education.  Collectively, our experienced professionals form a virtual organization focused on enabling your employees and processes to work more efficiently and effectively.

Our approach to Lean healthcare improvement is simple.  We design and implement innovative solutions to common problems in healthcare. Our vast experience and background gives us the unique ability to view and solve problems from a clinical and academic perspective. This also enables us to design new lean operational models based on current academic theories, real time experimentation, and try-storming. Sometimes academia inspires clinical change and  sometimes clinical innovation drives new academic knowledge.  In either instance, this new knowledge is then available to our clients to ensure they are receiving the latest in innovative concepts.

To advance the patient experience by delivering transforming education and innovative solutions that will continuously change healthcare organizations and their teams.

The face of lean healthcare mirrors the current and future needs of the patient.
